HITO . Be for the Podcast 013

The 13th episode of B4 the Podcast is a superb collection of minimal techno by Hito. The sessions developed by this Japanese female artist are as emotional as they are dynamic and intense, so it’s no surprise that Hito has been resident of Richie Hawtin´s ENTER.Sake at Space Ibiza since the first season in 2012.

In this 100% vinyl set exclusive made for B4, Hito gives us a high level of complex percussive lines and tribal emotive vocals in a session marked by very sophisticated Minimal sounds with bright and deep moments. The set tells a story and evokes specific feellings, and this, in the words of Hito, is the significance of the musical narrative:

“I made this session thanks to the inspiration of the sound of nature and the universe. Some of the drums are African and they transmit the essence of nature. For me, Minimal music connects to our inner body, so I used as many of these kind of drums and beats as possible in the session. I hope you enjoy it and feel a touch of your inner self.”
